Terms and Conditions for the Online Dars-e-Nizami Course
- Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Online Dars-e-Nizami Course offered by Qamar ul Aloom in collaboration with Al-Bashir Academy. By enrolling in the course, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of the terms outlined below.
- Eligibility and Admission
- Applicants must be 15 years or older.
- Basic Arabic script reading ability is required.
- The course is open to all individuals worldwide, regardless of gender, background, or prior Islamic education.
- Admission is confirmed only upon completion of the registration form and acceptance by the admissions team.
- Course Format
- Classes are conducted live online via our secure platform.
- Classes run 5 days a week, with morning and evening batches available.
- Each session is approximately 2 hours long.
- Recordings of each class are made available to students for review and to accommodate missed sessions.
- Course Structure
- The Dars-e-Nizami course is structured into semesters covering a variety of Islamic sciences.
- Oral and written exams are conducted at the end of each semester.
- Students who successfully complete all requirements will be awarded a Certificate (Sanad).
- Learning Commitments
- Students are expected to:
- Attend live classes regularly and on time.
- Review recorded lessons if they miss live sessions.
- Complete assigned tasks, readings, and personal study components in a timely manner.
- Prepare adequately for semester exams and participate in all assessments.
- Attendance and Non-Participation
- Absences without valid reason should not exceed a maximum threshold as determined by the administration.
- Prolonged or repeated non-attendance, without communication, may lead to:
- Loss of access to class materials.
- Exclusion from semester exams or graduation.
- Administrative removal from the course.
- Fees and Payments
- Course fees must be paid in full or via an agreed instalment plan.
- Payments must be made on time to maintain course access.
- Fees are non-refundable once the course has started, except under exceptional circumstances.
- In cases of financial hardship, students may contact the administration for consideration.
- Code of Conduct
- Students are expected to maintain a high standard of Islamic etiquette and mutual respect in all interactions.
- Disruptive, disrespectful, or unethical behaviour towards teachers, peers, or course content will not be tolerated.
- Any breach of Islamic values or academic integrity may result in disciplinary action.
- Intellectual Property and Recordings
- All course content (including notes, presentations, and class recordings) is the joint intellectual property of Qamar ul Aloom & Al-Bashir Academy.
- Students may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly share any part of the materials without written permission.
- Live classes may be recorded for educational purposes. By enrolling, you consent to:
- Being recorded during class sessions (audio, video, or text).
- Recordings being shared with enrolled students only.
- Where students’ images or voices appear in recordings or photographs, Al-Bashir Academy may use these internally for quality assurance or publicly for promotional purposes with prior consent.
- Data Protection & GDPR Compliance
- Al-Bashir Academy is committed to protecting your data in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Personal data collected during registration or throughout the course (e.g., name, contact information, class activity, recordings) will be:
- Used solely for academic administration, communication, and student support.
- Stored securely and not shared with third parties without consent.
- Retained for a period deemed necessary by the administration, after which it will be securely deleted.
- By enrolling, you give consent to Al-Bashir Academy to store and process your personal data for the purposes stated above.

- Technical Requirements
- Students are responsible for having:
- A reliable internet connection.
- A device suitable for attending online sessions and accessing materials.
- Technical issues on the student’s side do not exempt them from academic responsibilities.
- Amendments
- Al-Bashir Academy reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions or course details.
- Students will be notified of any substantial changes via WhatsApp or email.
